She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s in Exceptional Student Education from Carlos Albizu University. With 17 years of experience as a District-Level Transition Specialist for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, she has guided students toward successful futures. My name is Kerlande Romeus Menelas, and I was born and raised in Haiti. Back in Haiti, I worked as a general physician for seven years, and I’m grateful for the chance I had to serve those in need. Since relocating to the U.S. four years ago, I’ve continued to pursue my passion for helping others in two roles: as a Clinical Research Coordinator and as a Realtor, dedicated to matching clients with their dream homes.
